About New England Safety ServicesOur BackgroundFounded in 2001, New England Safety Services (NESS) specializes in Health & Safety Training like CPR, First Aid and AED usage. We also provide public awareness seminars, conduct safety audits, and sell products like AED's and First Aid equipment. Over-all, NESS is your one-stop shop for all of your Health & Safety needs.NESS is dedicated to providing the best training possible. We recognize and understand the importance in providing the community and private sectors with the highest quality and cost effective training available. Our classes are presented with a casual fun learning environment that all students are sure to enjoy. Who's Who in NESSDavid B. Barnett, BS, NREMT-P is the Owner/President of NESS. Being a Health & Safety Educator for over 20 years, he has taught numerous courses for a variety of populations. He is a current instructor for the American Heart Association and an Instructor Trainer for American Safety & Health Institute. He holds a BS in Recreation from Green Mountain College. He has also been involved with EMS for the past 15 years, and currently is a paramedic in Massachusetts, and a member of the MA-2 DMAT team. Some of the honors and recognition awarded are: Instructor of the Year from American Red Cross, and Life Member from the West Orange First Aid Squad, West Orange, NJ.Steven M. Barnett, ARM is the Vice President for NESS. For the past 30 years, he has been in the Risk Management field, as well as teaching risk management courses. He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing, and the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designation. Rita Barnett, MA is the Office Manager & Treasurer. She holds a Masters Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. She also has numerous years of experience in education and business management. Kevin Barnett, BS is a consultant. He graduated from Arcadia University in 1997 with BS in Computer Science. Kevin has worked over ten years in the IT industry as a developer and analyst for large-scale companies. | |
